Description:
- Act as the product champion, and will be able to evangelize the product vision effectively to their team and to stakeholders
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development process
- Proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning
- Collaborate with and present to business and technical teams as well as different levels of leadership
- Work on multiple concurrent projects/iterations with multiple scrum teams
Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies - Required 7 yrs
- Experience as agile scrum master - Required 5 yrs
- Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the business partner and the operational aspects of the project. - Required 5 yrs
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Solicit stakeholder feedback. - Required 5 yrs
- Lead agile ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Required 5 yrs
- Assist in the development and management of the product backlog. Prioritize, design, and implement new features and enhancements. - Required 5 yrs
- Manage risks and track issues throughout the project. - Required 5 yrs
- Manage the time reporting tasks and financials (SOW) for the project - Required 5 yrs
- Experience working in Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development environments - Desired
- Experience working with teams that developed web-based solutions - Desired
- Ability to write simple SQL queries - Desired
