IT Business Analyst
Zelienople, PA
6+ Month contract
• Collaborate with the business to analyze information needs requirement gathering efforts (Business Process Mapping/Business Requirements/Legacy Systems) for ServiceMAX implementation
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of various common enterprise systems – CRM, ERP, Salesforce
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in high-matrix cross-functional teams as well as operate independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects
• Carry the overall responsibility for project documentation, including approval and storage of documentation
• Work independently under direction of project manager/.system administrator
• Assist the system administrator in project base lining and tracking

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Business
• 5+ years' experience operating in a business analyst role
• 3-5 years' experience in Life Science

Preferred Requirements:
• Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into SFDC/ ServiceMax
• Strong technical acumen a with the ability to learn and configure core applications such as Salesforce.com, and ServiceMax
• At least Five (4-5) years' CRM experience or 2+ in ServiceMAX or Salesforce
• Medical Device/Life science industry knowledge
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com/ServiceMax, ServiceMax/ SFDC Certification is a big PLUS
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Business
• Knowledge of software validation in a FDA regulated environment
