Job Description

The candidate should possess strong commitment to team environment, with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.

2 to 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment. 

·        Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.

·        Experience in Contract, Permanent hiring is preferred.

·        Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches like Monster, Dice, Carreer Builder, indeed etc

·        Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, Forums.

·        Exposure in Telecom, Embedded Semi-conductor, VLSI domain is preferred.

·        Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.

·        Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)

·        Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.

·        Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team

·        Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed

·        Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
