Job Title: Scrum Master with TFS

Location: Houston, TX

Longterm

 

Rate: $70/hr on C2C

Description:

• Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.

• Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

• Ensure that team members understand project objectives.

• Maintain product backlog and release plan, and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.

• Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.

• Career-Level position within field.

• Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.

• Conducts complex work important to the organization.

• Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.

 

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience.

• 5 years' Agile experience.

 

Preferred:

• Scrum Master with a developer background a strong plus.

• Scrum Master with Devops and/or Infrastructure (PM) experience a plus.

• Scrum Master or Agile-related certification (CSM/CSPO or PMI-ACP).

• TFS experience.

 

Project Specifics:

• Scrum Master will support Cloud Shopping & Booking.

• Project is in the testing phase.

• Will help plan testing sprints and scrums for developers, along with EQA, and help manage the release into the various production and non-production environments.

• Scrum Master with a developer background a plus.

• ***Scrum Master with Devops and/or Infrastructure (PM) experience a strong plus.***

• Cloud experience isn't necessary, but a bonus
