· 5+ years of design and development experience on a *Tibco
Business Event*

· Participate in a team of technical members and with business
leads to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large
development projects.

· Assess detailed requirements against Stakeholder and Solutions
Specification analysis requirement documents.

· Develop detailed design documents for projects and communicate to
Team Lead/development team in writing or in meetings as needed.

· Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or
other development.

· Good communication skills

· Knowledge of Payment industry domain
