QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


6-10 years of experience as Technical / Solution lead with at least 2-5 years in Life Sciences in Quality / R&D function
Experience delivering technology solutions in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical regulated environment in PLM space

Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications

 
Job Description :

 6-10 Year experience in Life Sciences Industry as Technical Solution Lead with experience in R&D / Quality in Teamcenter Polarion
Serve as a point person to support the business for Quality/R&D processes like PLM. As an extended member of Platform Solutions & Services, will be responsible for integrity of enterprise systems/design, implementation of technology solutions and maintenance of enterprise platforms.

Work under the guidance of Quality/R&D Platform solution leads, in managing all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support applications like Teamcenter Polarion
Work closely with the Business Partners and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure solution meets business needs while aligning to organization’s strategic goals
Manage relationships with major platform vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.
Provide scalable technical solutions and thought leadership while enabling business value and outcomes
Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysis
