Job Description:
 
1. Extensive hands on  experience in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) including end-to-end EDI partner setup/configuration such as communication protocol setup, Trading Partner configuration, EDI map development  and file routing using SFG and unix shell scripts.2. Excellent EDI mapping skills in SI such as X12, XML, EDIFACT formats. 3. Should have good knowledge on end to end Trading partner configuration such as envelope creation and routing of EDI transactions.4. Good understanding of SI business process with development experience.5. Good to have IBM Sterling file gateway (SFG) skills such as creating channels/SFG partners and resolving issues in SFG.6. Moderate Unix knowledge is must to analyze/configure existing scripts.7. Should have excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve EDI production support issues and EDI application monitoring.8. Should be able to communicate fluently with all stake holders such as client and business owners in order to resolve EDI issues from start till end.9. Involve and provide technical solution to high severity issues such as P1/P2.7. Perform root cause analysis, provide work around and ensure permanent fix to the issue.10. Should adhere to process in resolving the support issues and should be aware about ticketing tools such as Service now etc.
