Sr. Python AWS DeveloperRemote till COVID (Minneapolis , MN)POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:Responsible for integrations development using AWS services and componentsDevelopment experience of AWS components and services including Transfer Service, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, IAM and Bucket policies, CORS, Step Functions, CloudWatch & CloudTrail, Event Bridge, Aurora Serverless. Python programming knowledge is required to create Lambda functions.Development experience using Python, related IDEs and serverless technologiesInteract with cloud applications using REST API using OAuth 2 authentication (Both as provider and consumer)SFTP pull/push with key based loginPGP key based data encryption and decryptionAuto archive/purge and clean up data routineParse JSON/SML messagePerform structure/value transformation and data mappingCreate flat file with data in JSON or custom CSV formatConfigure, control, secure and monitor access to S3, Transfer service, Lambda functions within VPC / subnet boundariesConfigure access to AWS Transfer family to independent users / SSO using external IDP like Azure AD, LDAPUse IAM, KMS, Secret manager, Security groups, Bucket policies, data encryption & decryption etc to secure & restrict access to functions and dataKnowledge of cloud formation (VPC, Subnet, EC2, Peering), Internet Gateway, NAT Gateway, VPN Connection, VPC Endpoint,Route53, Email serviceSecurely maintain and manage connectivity & configurable parameters, systems credentials and keys that would be used for system connections / integrationsKnowledge of AWS best practices, standards around AWS code versioning, naming conventions, deployment, troubleshooting and bug-fixingWork with BA, Integration architect and other project team members to get details required for code development and build timely and quality code deliverables as per project requirements & Medtronic guidelinesCreate project documentation like technical specification, test report, code review  Good communication to convey development status, dependency, and issuesProblem solving and troubleshoot skills, collaborative to work with team to resolve and prevent issuesConducts performance tuning, data privacy & security checks for functions and data to run smoothly in production
