Job Title: Salesforce Reporting Lead 
Location:Mclean, VA
Position:c2cQualifications
 
Mandatory Skills:Salesforce,Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design, Salesforce Service or Financial Services Cloud,Commercial Banking or financial institutions,querying SOQL / SQL,Tableau CRM (Einstein)
 
Minimum IT Experience required: 8+ years
Minimum Salesforce Experience required: 4+ years with 2+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design, with understanding of data modeling
Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities,
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service or Financial Services Cloud
Excellent communication at multiple levels of the organization,
Ability to influence others for a recommended course of action
Ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in presentations
Strong analytical skills.
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
 
 
Preferred
Experience with Tableau CRM (Einstein) (Highly Preferred)
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Knowledge of Commercial Banking or financial institutions
Experience querying SOQL / SQL
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new reporting development requests
Manage research efforts to identify and correct any/all known data source errors
Evaluate current business reporting for purpose, flow, format, frequency and content in order to develop new, or improve existing format, use and control
The Lead will be working with business teams
to define metrices for reports and analytics
to build Salesforce reporting model in line with the product goals.
to demonstrate sample reports to business teams and get approval
Guide reports and analytics developers to build reports and dashboards as per specifications
Deploy and test reports in higher environments like SIT and UAT.
