| SUMMARY |
· Around 16 years of IT experience in which around 15+ years of experience in Telecom Domain – Mobility/Wireless (Prepaid and Post-paid) and Non-Mobile (Wired) (Broadband/DTH/Landline).
· 3 years of parallel experience as Business Analyst in Telecom OSS BSS / SME in Siebel CRM with Testing skills
· Expertise in Telecom OSS and BSS architecture, Self-care applications, Network integration, Order Management, CRM tool like Salesforce and Siebel CRM, Point of Sales (POS) application, End to End Customer activation and Provisioning flow, Mediation, Rating and Billing (Amdocs and Amdocs Kenan, CSBS, UPSS), Accounts Receivable areas (Payment and Dunning processes).
· Having experience in Middleware system called EAI for integration with applications.
· Demonstrated experience by successfully leading and participating in all stages of Testing including requirements definition, design, architecture, development, testing, training, support.
· Extensive experience in Functional / System Integration / Regression / UAT Testing concepts.
· Experienced in the Migration projects in areas of Web Application and Data Migration.
· Proven experience in Implementing End to End QA Process and Improvement plans.
· Co-ordination with Developer / Business Analyst / Architect for requirement discussion for delivering high quality products.
· Experience in Implementing project and Transformation projects delivering project as a Product consist several phases by intake, initiation, planning, product selection, execution, monitoring & control, and closure to clients and supports till production support.
· Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC for Agile Scrum projects and Waterfall, V-Model process.
· Experience in ETL Testing for Data Migration project using ETL tool K2View Fabric and run data testing for the data migrated in new system.
· Good Experience in developing test automation planning and frame works.
· Provided Proof of Concepts of any new Automation tool to be implemented individually.
· Good experience in Web Application testing with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid with Java as programming language
· Experience in TestNG and Cucumber (BDD) testing frameworks and Design Pattern using Page Object Model and Page Factory methods.
· Experience in API Testing in SOAP services (WSDL) using SOAPUI Tool, REST(JSON) using POSTMAN tool and RestAssured automation
· Involved in Non-Functional Testing like Performance Testing/ Security Testing.
· Experience in HP Quality Centre, JIRA/ JFM, Octane, Bugzilla for Test Management and Defect management tool.
· Experience in Unix/Linux Commands and SQL Queries scripting for Backend Validation and Testing.
· Worked in Continuous Integration / Continuous Development process for Regression and Functional Testing.
· Experience leading teams with multiple Onshore and Offshore resources.
· Involved in Release management for the deployment process in different environment.
· Having hands on AWS Cloud Services and Mobile Application (Android and IOS) testing.
