Need Business Analyst

New Haven, CT

Start immediately: 3 to 4 month duration, with ability to extend.

 

Experience and training

1.                   Bachelor's degree.

2.                   5+ years of experience with systems development and experience with user-centered needs analysis.  More recently has 2-3 years experience on Business Process mapping and re-engineering

3.                   Experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite and Banner

4.                   Ideally has worked in a Higher Ed discipline

 

Skills and abilities

1.                   Excellent People skills.

2.                   Experience in Process Mapping.

3.                   Experience with Business Process Management techniques such as Six Sigma

4.                   Working knowledge of system life cycle and project management principles.
