Job Title: Remedy Developer
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Duration:6+ Months contract with extensions
Create design document deliverable and implement code for email integration between non-specific customer email applications and ITSM modules / email engine. Primary focus is on incident management.
o Expect modification from OOTB email functionality to enable inbound email capability for multiple service desks
o Expect modification from OOTB email engine functionality to enable customer reply to update work info
Create design document deliverable and implement code to enable a web service to load people date from an enterprise PeopleSoft system.
Review and provide issue resolution for existing UM customization related to business hours.
