Position: SharePoint Consultant

Location: Dearborn, MI

Duration: Contract to Hire

Rate: Negotiable

 

Overview:

• ACG/IT/ETS is sourcing for an experienced SharePoint 2010 Consultant (Designer/Developer)

This position will be responsible for:

• Designing, Developing and Implementing high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint 2010 solutions
• Design, develop and implement SharePoint 2010 forms, libraries and intranet websites using SharePoint2010 Designer workflows, InfoPath2010 and integration with outlook, OCS, Microsoft Project Server and Active Directory
• Coding, testing and implementing solutions in a SharePoint environment.
• Taking directions from management in implementing solutions.
• Unit testing for all assigned deliverables.
• Will work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment and administration.
• Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• At least 3+ years of technical consulting experience or as an Architect/programmer, with a minimum of 2 years experience in .Net 3.x, experience with SharePoint 2010, building relational databases like SQL 2005/2008, Access and Oracle.
• Candidate must be prepared to discuss examples of SharePoint2010 work performed.
• Excellent skills with programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and SharePoint strategies Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills.
• Full lifecycle experience in architecting large scale scalable applications.
• Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing software solutions.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated the ability to build professional relationships.
• Good communication and follow-up skills (verbal and written)
