Position: Rational Process Engineer

Location: Columbus Ohio

Duration: 6+ month

Complete Description:

Work with a team to develop and manage ESDm content. Act as primary RMC expert, Develop prototypes,

 

The Process Practitioner executes and measures effectiveness of systems processes in the IT arena.

Individual contributor with expertise in particular business and/or systems processes. Responsible for very complex business and/or systems process analysis, design, implementation, execution, operational management and/or monitoring, reporting and governance. Serves as an expert in the analysis of existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones. Leads in the management (of the operational process) and implementation of proposed process and procedure enhancements between work teams and operational departments. Responsible for day-to-day operational management (including communication and facilitation) of the process, process events, and process deliverables. May focus on process development or execution.

Behavior Characteristics:

Undergraduate degree in areas related to Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or Mathematics preferred. Prefer BS or BA and/or product-related technical insurance course work (CPCU, CPU, LOMA). Process-related certification...
