Job Title: Business Analyst (Architect)
Location: Blooming ton, IL
Duration: 6+ Months

Description:
Primary job responsibilities/qualifications include:
Facilitates work sessions and meetings in order to identify business needs and understand requirements.
Must be able to effectively communicate to functional and technical audiences, and to business and technology.
Gathers, validates, analyzes and documents the stated business needs, and creates project visual models and reports.
Creates business architecture artifacts, detailed project documentation and other information as requested.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Problem definition, project scoping
Requirements modeling and transition
Project planning (requirements- based estimation and project structure development)
Business needs analysis
Business prioritization analysis
Business case development
Planning services (budgeting, sequencing
Strong Business Analyst with strong Business Architecture skills such as:
process modeling
business capability modeling
data gathering and analysis
project management
change management
Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with defining business capabilities and business requirements; business writing
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, high initiative, sense of urgency, teamwork, and customer service, excellent oral/written communications and the ability to multi-task
Ability to facilitate SME sessions with the client to elicit information
Strong communicator and consultant , strong client-facing skills
Strong hybrid business and IT background
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to lead meetings
