Duration: 6 months - 1 Year +
Rate: 30/hr

 

Title: IT Help Desk Level 1 support

 

Skills Required:

• Excellent people skills / Communication skills
• Must be able to troubleshoot basic computer issues (Password resets/IE issues etc)
• Must have prior experience supporting computer applications over the phone
• The person will be on the phone supporting remote clients (most with little or no knowledge of computers)
• Must be a Analytical thinker

Interviews will be held today and there will be a face to face (no exceptions)
