Title:: Mobile Web App Developer
Location – Mundelein, IL
Duration:     6+ Months Contract

 

The role of Mobile Web App/UX/HTML5 Developer is to prototype, design, and build graphic user interfaces (GUIs) for a Mobile Web App.
We're looking for someone who is an HTML5 person, and who is really strong with CSS and usability designs. We are also looking for someone who has experience with the nuances of developing an application for the IPAD.
Use of a variety of Web and software development languages is required.

 

In-depth knowledge of GUI prototyping tools, software design, Web development technologies, and protocols, including:
o iPad/iOS Web App Development
o Android Web App Development a plus
o HTML5, CSS is required
o Javascript/JQuery
o Jquery Mobile, KendoUI or other mobile javascript framework is required
PhoneGap/Cordova is a plus
o Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator and other graphics packages a plus
o XCode a plus

 

Proven experience in human-computer interaction and usability analysis
Strong understanding of touch based interface design
Conceive and model user interface prototypes based on collected user requirements
Design high-level flow diagrams and GUI form charts for use in GUI specifications and architectures
Collaborate with business leaders, Web designers, and software developers to ensure prototypes can be efficiently implemented
Define and develop current GUI style standards, as well as remain knowledgeable about emerging GUI standards and trends
Identify, recommend, and prioritize new user interface features and applications in conjunction with end-user requirements or business needs
Establish policies and procedures for following GUI standards design and testing in conjunction with stakeholders
Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyze results for resolving GUI-design issues
