Job Title: SAP HR Functional Analyst.
Location: Akron, OH.
Duration: 6+ Months.
 
Required skills:
Must be able to lead a multi-country Asia Pacific implementation of SAP HR, specifically OM and PA
Hands-on experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, country specific config, Pay structures
Configuration of custom relations on OM
Understand the Legal & Statutory requirements per country in a particular region
Understand Country specific reporting needs, country specific information to be stored
Ability to review documented requirements, configure system according to requirements and provide a design approach on the PA info types and OM reporting structure
Knowledge of the tables, structure that could be used.
Knowledge on Country Specific info types
Knowledge of  ESS and MSS functionality and how this is dependent on Backend R/3 configuration
