AGILE Project Manager Available with following Experience:

·         Extensive strong experience in Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM Methodologies

·        Creating and training new teams in Agile, and creating agile project roadmap, sprint planning, creating product backlogs, t-shirt sizing, agile using Hybrid/custom Agile/scrum approach

·        Exp in creating Agile integrated project composition, allocation and delivery

·        Extensive experience in Project Planning, cost and schedule management, and requirements analysis

·         Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Multi-Tasking abilities, with experience in maximizing process knowledge to assist enterprises in making critical decision

·        Excellent team lead and team player and well versed in effectively coordinating efforts with testers (QA), developers and business users

·        Recognized project management skills, consistently deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget

·        Additional area of expertise includes: Process Analysis, Change Control Management, Budgeting & Planning, Project Risk & Scope, and Project & Delivery Methodologies

·         Possesses excellent business, communication, and presentation skills
