  Job Description: Administrator responsible for resolving escalated troubleshooting requirements. Responsible for guiding junior administrators in trouble shooting non-routine and complex troubleshooting requirements. As a senior member, is responsible for ensuring SLA is met and there are no complaints from customer. Technically sound, Contributes to KM and practice building. Prepares the Change management plan and gets sign-off . Conducts planned regular and random Technical audits. Suggest improvement plans. Implement and share best practices.Implement automation of regular admin activities. Capture and report metrics like Devices/FTE , incidents/FTE, incidents/devices, SA metrics. Perform trend analysis on the data captured.

 

Additional Skills:

Design, Implement,Review and Manage Webserver estate. Performance Tuning ,Handlers and Filters ,SSl,Security ,Trouble shooting, Load Balancers ,Advanced scripting. Should have expert knowledge webservers such as IIS,iPlanet,Apache ~ [Advanced Shell Scripting] -Development of Scripts for complex Data parsing,Analysis and Report generation -Development of Scripts for Disk monitoring,Network load tracking & management.System Monitoring and Diagnostics,Recovering from crashes, Performance tuning. ~ ~ Performing IBM Websphere MQ admin activities such asPerormance Tuning, Capacity planning, BCP,Cluster Design / implementation / Troublshooting
