Role: Master Solutions Data Architect

Job Description:

· Translate the architectural vision into the design and delivery of functioning systems.

· Identify, document, and communicate key architectural decisions and trade-offs among design alternatives.

· Present recommendations of technologies and tools best suited to meet the requirements for enterprise data management and business intelligence delivery

· Design data access solutions, such as stored procedures and views.

· Ensure adherence to architectural and design standards for Data.

· Coordinate with other architects and technical leads.

· Identify data integration patterns.

· Bring a strong focus on performance, scalability, fault tolerance, security and other key non-functional requirements to the overall business intelligence program.

· Serve in a technical consulting role as needed across the entire data architecture program, challenge existing thinking and bring new practices and patterns into various projects.

· Communicate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Analyze and report alternative design solutions.

· Perform research activities in support of Enterprise Data Architecture, with a focus on complex business systems, automated systems development, enterprise information systems, and project enhancements.

· Identify and analyze operational impacts of new projects, services, infrastructure, enterprise information systems, and automated systems.

· Provide recommendations and guidance in the design, development, implementation and management of products and solutions.

· Guide the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and safeguards for data management.

· Review the proposed designs for data provisioning to support dimensional models and provide recommendations.

· Assist the Agency Data Architect in configuration reviews.

· Provide technical leadership in defining the Agency data model and data reference architecture.

· Provide leadership in developing a comprehensive solutions roadmap to re-architect existing data silos and transform data into accessible information.

· Provide business and technical analysis to efficiently organize, optimize, cleanse and structure data to meet internal and external business needs.

· Contribute to the analysis and recommendation of Data and Information product strategies.

· Establish protocols and guidelines for best practice Data Management across the enterprise.

· Represent DBMO data management services in cross-functional technical teams to ensure visibility and adherence to strategic objectives and best practices

Position 2:

Role: BI Report Developer(Master Data Warehousing Specialist)

Location: MO

Job Description:

· Provide Dashboard and report design and development based on an in-depth working knowledge of data warehousing design and dimensional Modeling.

· Requires either Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Business Objects expertise.

· Requires strong SQL skills.

· Design and implement reporting data sources and complex reports in Business Objects and/or OBIEE.

· Analyze and troubleshoot data and/or reporting system issues.

· Assess and implement production system changes to data warehouse ETL processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

· Responsible for full scope of Business Intelligence development including analysis, specifications, design, programming, unit and integration testing, support to certification testing, deployment support, and technical documentation.

· Document OBIEE and/or Business Objects reporting and dashboard requirements.

· Supports report user issues and questions.

· Work with other members of Data Warehouse development teams as needed to support reporting requests.

· Create the necessary documentation to promote reports to production systems.

· Create reports, ad-hoc queries, and Interactive Dashboards in support of enterprise business objectives.

· Create geospatial reports

Position 3:

Role: Master Data Operations Manager

Location: MO

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

· A minimum of nine (9) years experience with four (4) years supervisory experience in information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, configuration, programming, data warehouse design, data integration, data modeling for performance, and documentation preparation.

· Confers with end users and technical personnel to determine functional problems and types of data to be processed.

· Analyzes functional problems, prepares definitions and notifications of problem incidents and coordinates efforts toward problem resolution.

· Develops analytical dashboards and reports of system performance. Ensures all work is done in compliance with customer's operational procedures.

· BS Degree in a Management, IT, Engineering, or other Technical field.

· The equivalent of a Bachelors Degree is three (3) years additional experience (minimum 12 years total experience
