· CSS, HTML, and XML knowledge preferred
· Understanding of J2EE architecture and the components on which it is based
· Experience on Document management, Records management
· Experience of developing web applications backed by a content management system
· Knowledge of Alfresco CMS. Knowledge / Experience of Liferay a bonus.
· Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve project goals; effective communicator willing to motivate and inspire team participation in long-term project goals {e.g., presentations and demos)
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, fast-paced, and timeline sensitive environment

QSSI is looking for a Sr. Developer/Architect skilled in Document Management systems like Alfresco to join the Architecture team on a Healthcare initiative. The candidate will work with other architects and a Lead Architect engaged on review and evaluation of the architecture and implementation of a Healthcare system. He will be responsible for building deep understanding of the current system business requirements, architecture and implementation; and provide recommendations, guidance and leadership on design and development of proof of concepts based on recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in designing and implementing solutions using Alfresco. The Ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
