Duration :  6+ months

 

5+ years of IT industry experience in software support and networking.

Total At least 5+ years of experience and expertise in web app development/support.

1. 2+ years in support

2. 2+ years’ experience in Windows/Linux

3. 2+ years of networking experience (at least basics)

4. Content Delivery Network experience

5. Experience in Video Technologies

6. SQL experience in a Pl/sql or postgres.

7. Team player with can do attitude.

8. Should be a quick learner and self-starter.

9. Good investigating and problem solving skills

10. Good Analytic skills

Responsibility – Working in this team, your primary role will be as a support engineer and analyst; however, we’re a small team in IT and you’ll be expected to wear more than one hat.

1. Support on remedy/email for Show and Share application.

2. Generate reports and carry out Metrics

3. Help team release newer versions of product

4. Carry out required testing and provide signoff.

5. Work collaboratively with teammates on projects.

6. Using your networking and engineering skills, analyse projects to determine how you can help the support the customer.

7. Troubleshoot user issues

You’ll need to work in a team-based environment while able to drive results independently, maintaining priorities and awareness of project deadlines.
