Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face C# Application Developer Application Developers report to the Enterprise Application Development Manager and take direction from Senior Application Developers and the Team Supervisor in developing code to build and support enterprise applications. Primary Objectives: To build and support feature-rich Enterprise software systems that support, automate, and facilitate business operations To follow SDLC standards by adhering to consistent best practices and design paradigms To deliver assigned tasks on or ahead of time and with a high level of accuracy Responsibilities: Work with Senior Application Developers, the Team Supervisor, and the Application Development Manager to develop precise and accurate code in support of team projects Understand and adhere to team best practices Understand and adhere to project architecture Follow the software development lifecycle as defined by the PMO Communicate task progress and delays or issues after putting in a strong effort to resolve them independently but before they cause a significant delay in the development lifecycle Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of programming issues in both in-development and in deployed applications Design and write reusable and generic code to increase coding efficiencies by eliminating repeated code Write technical documentation of new and existing applications Support deployed and new application projects, including some legacy applications Requirements: 5+ years .NET software development C# expertise Web Services Expert SQL Server development skills (Stored procedures, complex queries) Common design patterns Object Oriented Design (OOD) Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) or ASP.NET Web Services preferred Visual Studio 2010 preferred Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a functional team Written and verbal communication skills Capacity to solve problems Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes in task priority Proven time management skills
