Job Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad.
Compensation during one year Training period: Rs. 10K+ To be discussed
Education: B.Tech/BE, MSC ( Maths/physics), MBA, MCA, any graduate with Maths and/or computer science background.
Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral.
Night Shift Only ( 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
Should have own transport, preferably.
Selection Procedure: Interview - phone/in person and a Written test.
After class room and on the job practical training, you will gain the following abilities.
You will have the ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set.
You will have the ability to do cold calling, active recruiting by searching job boards/user groups/job boards/social media, coordinate interviews, closing candidates.
You will have the ability to understand and execute paperwork/agreements
You will gain good knowledge of US employment tax terms W2, C2C and 1099.
You will be able to solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate projects with clients.
You will be able to use extensively an industry leading ERP for IT staffing industry.
You will become responsible for the entire hiring process, this includes-Sourcing, Screening, Phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Account Managers.
You will become a well-rounded "US IT Recruiter" and "US IT staffing" professional
