Position-Oracle EBS HRMS Developer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 3- 6 month contract (our client ALWAYS extends longer term if they are doing well)

 

Required skills:

·        5-10+ years of Oracle development experience

·        Oracle EBS HR focused- modules include:

·        Oracle HR/Core HR, Payroll,

·        OAB/Benefits (Oracle Advanced Benefits),

·        OTL (Oracle Time and Labor),

·        OLM (Oracle Learning Management),

·         iRec (iRecruitment),

·        CWB (Compensation Workbench),

·        Talent Management/Performance Management,

·        DBI (Daily Business Inteligence),

·        SSHR (Self Service HR)

·        Knowledge of overall HR modules functionality

·        Must have good command of LDT files (how to use them and create them)

·        Unix shell scripting

·        5+ years PL/SQL development
