-          At least 8-10 years of IT experience

-          At least 4 years of experience in designing and developing ETL processes using SSIS

-          Should have good Data Warehousing concepts

-          Good understanding of Physical and logical modeling

-          Decent experience on reporting using SSRS and SSAS

-          Good Communication skills
