Position:: Test Analyst  Front office -Trade order Management systems

Location:: Malvern, PA

Duration:: 1+ year

 

Skills required:-

·         Software testing background, coupled with business analysis and software development skills

·         Business knowledge of Investment banking and/or Investment management

·         An understanding of asset classes such as Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives

·         Test leadership skills

·         Hands-on experience of the Charles River platform (desired) or other Order Management Systems

·         SQL skills

·         Knowledge of FIX Protocol and FpML

·         Experience with Fixed Income markets

·         Experience with Order Management Systems or Electronic Trading Applications

·         Technical with experience in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Regression

·         Financial services background

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

·         Produce end to end test cases, some of which will be complex in nature

·         Testing of requirements, reviewing of development unit tests, integration testing and UAT

·         Identifying test requirements by running workshops with stakeholders of varying level

·         Liaising with developers, business analysts and users to produce test cases and to ensure test coverage

·         roduce end-to-end Test Scripts

·         Mentor and assist other members of the team

·         Manage testing of large and complex deliveries, reporting progress and quality metrics

·         Build relationships with the front office business and ensure that they are included in test plans

·         Coordinate testing with other front office and back office
