| Generic Managerial Skills | · Experience with project management concepts: task and dependency tracking, risk abatement and tracking, Status reporting · Agile Project Management experience is a plus. · Strong oral and written communication skills · Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment · Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills · Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
