Job Description:

The Sr. Business Analyst interfaces with the business and program areas to understand their product needs. From this understanding, the Sr. Business Analyst will work with the Project Manager and the business to define the scope of a project/release, develop requirement documents, use cases, activity diagrams, flowcharts and supplemental specifications to describe the application requirements to support the project scope. Sr. Business Analyst must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be responsive to the changing needs of the business, able to analyze problems and recommend solutions either at the project or program level, taking into consideration enterprise-level initiatives. Additionally, Sr. Business Analyst must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills:

1. Experience as a Requirements Analyst working on software or web products / 7 years

2. Experience working in an SDLC environment / 7 years

3. Experience with bi-directional traceability between source requirements and product or sub product requirements / 5 years

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities / 7 years

6. Understanding and application of several software development methodologies, depending on the methodology employed by the project / 5 years

7. Business analyst experience / 7 years

8. Demonstrated high competency in systems analysis for multiple large projects / 5 years

9. Experience in process analysis and documentation / 7 years

10. Experience in meeting facilitation / 7 years

11. Experience in Rational Unified Process or Agile / 5 years

12. Experience with .NET, Windows based technologies / 5 years

13. Bachelor's Degree

14. Candidate should have ability for Security clearance in future

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Required
