·         Over 4-6 years of experience in Performance testing projects

·         Strong Loadrunner skills

·         Ability to independently own one or more modules

·         Possessing Loadrunner functional skills is a primary requirement

·         Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution.

·         Good understanding of Testing process and able to handle Test reporting

·         Good Communication skills

·         Ability to understand client requirements

·         Possess ability to manage multiple stakeholders in Onsite-Offshore setup

·         Should have ability to do basics of Performance engineering activities
