BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DataStage Developer.
Title: DataStage Developer
Location: East Peoria IL, 61611
Duration: 1+ year
Pay Rate: $47/Hr. On C2C
Description:
This position will be responsible for support of the ICC ETL Infrastructure team's application infrastructure.
Candidate will be responsible for working support tickets and incident investigations as necessary for IBM Information Server/DataStage.
Candidate will be asked to perform implementation tasks including software patches and software installs.
Candidate will participate in an on-call rotation.
REQUIRED:
3 YEARS infrastructure EXPERIENCE with IBM Information Server / IBM DataStage
3 years' experience with Linux or other Unix-style Operating Systems (preferably Red Hat Linux)
PREFERRED:
General knowledge of Infrastructure technologies (VMWare, Servers, Databases, Networking)
Development experience with IBM Information Server / IBM DataStage (in addition to infrastructure experience)
Desired:
Experience with IBM Information Server SAP Connectivity Packs (R3 and/or BW)
Experience with IBM Information Server Information Analyzer
Experience with IBM Information Server QualityStage
Experience with Unix scripting languages (such as Bash and Perl)
