We seek a Data Conversion Lead to help convert NYS eMedNY to Medicaid Management System who has the following: While there will be many "generic" Data Conversion people, the winner will have worked on Medicaid Systems.
Location: Albany NY
Duration: 24months
60 Months of experience in Health Information Technology with experience on at least 1 major systems conversion
36 Months of Experience with large-scale claims payment systems, with special emphasis on data structures and/or database schemas
36 Months of Experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program and/or large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems
24 Months of practical, job-related data conversion experience involving databases with more than 1 million records
24 Months of conversion experience involving databases with more than 1 million records
36 Months of data warehouse experience doing ETL design or dimensional modeling
12 Months of Experience with DB2 doing database design or programming
12 Months of Experience with Oracle doing database design or programming
12 Months of Experience with Cognos doing database design or programming
12 Months of Experience of testing complex information systems and developing and managing conversion data for testing cycles
Functioned as lead on at least 2 major data/systems conversion projects
24 Months of Experience developing and maintaining working relationships within and between government agencies and/or departments
