Position: Software Test Automation Consultant
Location: New York, NY, US
Client is looking for an experienced software engineer to contract with us to help design and develop a testing framework for our data services infrastructure. Working with the Quality Assurance team, you will assist in defining a testing strategy, prepare relevant design and architecture documentation, and implement a framework to support the automated testing of clients Java and C++ services.
Qualifications:-
· BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of test automation experience in a Unix/Linux environment
· Proficiency with OOD (Java or C++)
· Proficiency with Scripting (Shell or Python)
· Experience with test automation, test harness design, keyword and data-driven testing methodologies
· Strong knowledge of web and testing technologies, protocols and tools
· Strong knowledge of XML schema-based services
