Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for development & configuration of large scale IT solutions on Actimize platform. The Actimize Platform offers Enterprise-wide Compliance and Risk Management Solutions like Fraud prevention, Anti-Money Laundering and Brokerage Compliance etc. It supports the full risk management lifecycle – from Modeling and Execution to Investigation & Oversight.
Responsibilities:
· Act as client liaison for requirement elicitation and clarification.
· Engage in development & configuration of Actimize scenarios and Management Reports.
· Analyze system specification & business specifications and convert them into Functional & Technical design for Actimize platform.
· Provide immediate hands on support to both onshore and offshore team.
· Engage in Application Architecture and Design.
· Undertake Impact Analysis and Interfacing Applications analysis.
· Engage in Coding, Review and Integration Testing.
· Be involved with client interaction and stakeholder management.
· Participate in release management and version controlling.
· Engage in mentoring and coordinating the offshore team.
· Participate in Model estimation with standard methodologies.
· Lead the team in the delivery of daily operation and project activities.
· Act as senior on-site technical resource.
· Provide technical consulting service to client and other team members.
· Manage and guide the team in the ITIL process.
· Act as the escalation point for all delivery issues.

Experience/Qualifications/Competencies:

· Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
