Looking for SalesForce Service Cloud – Business Analyst at Florham Park, NJ - 6+ Months - Please share the resumes to lucky@itstrategiesinc.com

THE KEY HERE IS SOMEONE WHO HAS IMPLEMENTED SERVICE CLOUD project….It will be great if he/she has Pharma experience.

 

We are looking to get a BA to help our client with gathering detailed requirements for SalesForce.Com Service Cloud. The groups that are looking to use the solution are:

Customer Service Diagnostics and Customer Service, Inside Sales, VMIPs. Start date in early Jan 2015.

 

Must have experience in Service Cloud and deep knowledge of its capabilities.

Must be able to provide a demo of Service Cloud and then start to have breakout sessions with the different groups to gather requirements. 

Must have CRM/Salesforce.com skills/knowledge.

Great communication and leadership skills.

Excellent documentation skills.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is a big plus.
