* 5+ years of experience PHP/MySQL experience
* 3+ years of experience Flash experience with ActionScript 2.0/3/0.
* Experienced in dealing with diverse browsers and platforms.
* Experience with Test-Driven Development methods and automated testing.
* Experience with version control (GIT).
* Strong Javascript/HTML/CSS development knowledge preferred
* Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Qualifications/Skills that are really nice to have.
* Converting ActionScript to JavaScript
* Converting PHP to .NET
* Converting MySQL to T-SQL or PL/SQL
