Job Title: Product Owner / Product Development Engineers
Location: Seattle, Redmond WA
Duration: 6 Months

· Participate in Agile and Scrum methodologies
· Provide UX design and user stories that represent the technical modifications necessary for API Realization and infrastructure build outs to support Blackflag that meet AT&T's business requirements.
· Participate in design reviews to ensure adherence to AT&T's standards, requirements traceability matrix maintenance.
· Complete review and approve of technical design and documented specifications for approved solution and enhancements.
· Create application test data as needed to validate assigned requirements in support of API realization testing activities, where applicable.
· Provide support during the SIT, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing for software inconsistencies between the deliverable and the design specifications.
· Provide requirements and product owner support during the AT&T's implementation phase.
· Provide ownership of API quality post production release as needed based on priority and funding
· Interact and communicate via virtual and collaboration technologies (Q messenger, AT&T Connect, t-space, etc).
· Create weekly status reports
· Identify stakeholders within Marketing, Tier 1-3 support, Test, Development, vendor managers, release and leadership teams
· Maintain and update Rally for assigned projects in support of the release management and project management teams
· Coach teams on Rally best practices (tracking projects: planning and development)
· Document project team and stakeholders (RACI)
· Define and document major milestones and corresponding dates
· Document project phases for each work component, factory, application and their dependencies to the project.
· Manage and control project costs, schedule and technical performance of the project team
· Facilitating and presenting at executives' bi-weekly meetings
· Work with vendor management for delivery of project requirement
Documentation services include:
· User flows for Developers, Support and Subscriber in visio
· Call flows for run time and design time transactions/provisioning
· Creating defects as needed in support of UAT and release windows
· Traceability matrix of Epics to details user stories by factory
· Wireframes and comps from design and UX teams
Testing services include:
· User acceptance testing of new enhancements, scope changes, defect fixes
· Validation Testing during releases and post production deployment
Production triage services include:
· Tier 4 support
· Analyze and help identify root cause
· Analyze and drive closer to HP Quality Center production issue tickets in assigned area/projects
· Coordinate production enhancements as a result of production defects with all affected parties
