Job Title – Production Support

Location – NYC,NY
Duration – 6 - 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Rate – DOE

 

Financial Domain Mandatory

 

Job Description –

Minimum 8+ years of experience in L1/L2 support
Experience in reverse engineering ie: analyzing and documenting application architecture, flow, etc.
Experience in documenting possible breaks, support issues etc.
Should be able to define and explain the application support responsibilities and possible issues to L1 and L2 teams.
Should be able to analyze incidents/problems and challenge development team for a root cause wherever required
Should get involved in design review during development life cycle and suggest best practices. especially on exception handling etc.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience in working with senior stakeholders
Financial Services domain knowledge is highly preferred
