Position: JDA Application Support Consultant

Location: RYE, NY

Duration; 6 months

 

Addressing JDA processes failures in batches

·        JDA Application installations ( patches installations) with database upgrade.

·        Promotion of PL/SQL custom code form development to QA and production

·        Supporting the JDA application for any maintenance activities foe DBA / IS servers

·        Supporting the internally developed tools ( batch scripts and java scripts) for monitoring the job runs times and database stats etc

·        JDA application support – Option set creation, search creation, user creation, UDT enrollment, IGP interface table generation, XML foe new processes

·        Performance tuning for JDA processes

·        Working with JDA on open cases – open case, export database, replicate the  issue etc

·        Supporting users on any application related issues.

·        Need to support multiple instances/batch runs ( Eg :AMERICA, EMEA, APAC etc)

·        On-call availability during off office hours ( 9 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST – ( On desk - 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST, on call till 8 AM India time)
