Position Title : Oracle OSM Support Analyst

Locations: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6-12 Months +

Work Condition :

• This is a weekend support project, so candidate has to work from Friday to Monday (4 days) -10 hours per day.
  
• Shift timings either morning or night.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting Application Issues, Defects etc.
  
• Participate in Tech Onsite (TOS) calls, in the Next Gen War Room, for as long as needed.
  
• Determine issue root cause, communicate to Team management, work with Developers, Testers, and any/all team members needed to correct any and all Order Orchestration issues
  
• Experience with OSM, ASAP, UIM required(any one OSM/ASAP/UIM).
