Job Title: PL/SQL developer

Location: PA

Duration: 12 Months

           

Job description:

·         Primarily responsible for Problem Management.

·         Accountable for Incident Analysis, RCA, Resolution, and Reporting.

·         Responsible for moderating client meetings and communication as and when needed

·         Expected to prepare various report to IKEA

·         Work closely with the AD team on the PRs and CRs design

·         Reporting and working closely with onshore AD SME and Architect on issues

·         50% Problem Management

·         50% Incident Analysis & Resolution

·         Problem Management

·         ITIL certified (Preferred)

·         Oracle PL/SQL Expert

·         .Net Development Experience (Prefferred)

·         HP iDesk, Clear Quest o Team Management

·         Client & vendor relationship management

·         Good communication skill (English)Most of the client communication and reporting
