The ideal candidate will have experience as an SAP developer analyst to assist with the ESS Online W2 configuration and to help customer through the process of W2 processing for online W2's. The selected individual will be responsible for configuration, and integration with ESS, Tax Report and any other SAP modules necessary. Position: SAP Payroll Developer Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: 2+ months Must Have: 5+ years of experience with the following… * SAP Payroll/ESS Configuration experience (experience in ECC 6 EHP7) * Minimum of 2 full SAP system implementation life cycles in the Payroll module * Knowledge of standard SAP functionality and enhancements, such as user exits and BADIs * Experience with integration of Payroll with other modules such as FI, HR (CAT2), and ESS * Experience creating and executing transition/knowledge transfer plan to project support team * Experience in change management support for and training of end users Nice to Have: 5+ years of experience with the following… * Experience with configuration of SAP Payroll and Year End Adjustment Workbench * Experience with Configuration of online SAP ESS W2s * Experience with BSI * Public sector experience a Plus * Experience with Best practices for Payroll Tax Reporting * Experience with Tax Reporter Configuration and Functionality Skills: SAP, payroll, ESS, ECC, EHP7, BADIs, FI, HR, CAT2, configuration
