Qualifications:
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Strong experience in S/W Design implementations and Support
Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS, Rackspace, etc.
SQL/Java/Unix skill set
Job Summary:
Liaison between Developers, Business Analysts , clients, to implement and support technical solutions mostly Video line of business
Job Description :
Designs an develop new software, supports applications under development, and customizes current applications. Assists with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases.
Provides technical support throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures and techniques. Serves as a guide and mentor for the team members
Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs.
Providing appropriate data for a given analysis. This would require you to work with data modelers/analysts to understand the business problems they are trying to solve and create or augment data assets to feed their analysis
Working with infrastructure/Network/HW/LB/ ASD/security team to create Load balancer /pool member requests based on target architecture/connectivity testing,/FW requests/Smoke testing with different source or destination systems.
Develop and drive incident management processes, playbooks and stakeholder communication mechanisms
Coordinate communication around technical infrastructure between the engineering group and Operational team.
