IT experience in the healthcare information field

Day-to-Day
The ideal candidate will provide tier 1-2 level support for 5 customized ETL, commercial BI reporting and workflow apps which are used by 300+ external users from 90+ client and 600+ internal users. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day technology incident /problem management/ service request /release management support of five Employer Solutions applications. Analysis and trouble shooting of all ETL issues encountered by the multiple business groups. Analyze documents, conduct code review, and test and tune the developed jobs.
