Experience in US recruitment (Specializing in all technologies) with proven track record

Managing end to end recruitment process for quality resources

Strong communication, interpersonal, interviewing and human networking skills

Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

Description of the role:

Must have used Internet extensively for searching resumes on various job portals and social networking websites

Even regular follow ups towards end client interviews conducted to help counterpart in USA.

Working on W2/1099/Corp to Corp/OPT/CPT, Salary Negotiation/role fitment/date of joining, Closure & Reporting.

Understand client vendor requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Work in Night Shifts

Maintaining Reports on weekly, monthly basis

Good Knowledge of the I.T. industry and skills

Go get attitude

Good communication Skills
