Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any

given time.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder and ,social networking sites etc.
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Able to recruit candidates with H1B, OPT and CPT candidates
