SENIOR SQA ENGINEER

Location : Sunnyvale CA

Duration : 6 months plus

Preferred Local Resources

Experience Level : 8+ years

 

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze product requirements and create test cases and test plans

·         Develop test automation for current and future products

·         Perform system and subsystem level tests and analyze issues and report bugs

·         Analyze and identify root cause of test related issues

·         Continuous improvement of quality processes, tools, systems and guidelines that would lead to better product quality and improved efficiency of the work

·         Participate in bug reviews, release meetings and software process reviews

 

Requirements:

·         Passionate about software testing

·         5+ years of relevant experience

·         Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn

·         Strong analytical skills. Ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets and present at a high level

·         Excellent knowledge of SQA methodology and SDLC processes

·         Proven track record of test automation

·         Experienced in software development

·         Experienced in Python

·         Great teamwork and communication skills

·         BS or MS in CS, EE or similar
