3+ years information systems work experience in production support and development

Familiarity with project-specific programming language (SQL Server)

Exposure to databases and file structures

Strong oral and written communication skill

Solid time management skills and ability to multi-task

Ability to analyze and resolve problems

Strong troubleshooting skills
