• Strong hands on development experience using TIBCO Suite of Products – TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS.
• Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts in areas of decomposing business functionality into technical services to drive design and development of technical services.
• Strong communication skills, as this role will need to collaborate with both teams across the organization boundaries and report out progress in terms of key initiatives.
• Strong experience in documenting the Service Developed - in terms of design patterns used, used case and performance of the services.
